Job summary

American Furniture Warehouse is seeking a Customer Pick Up Associate to assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety policies while handling items and maintaining organization on the sales floor.

You will greet customers, verify orders, and support a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted in lieu of diploma.
• Ability to become certified in operation of warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Wrap, load, and secure merchandise into customer vehicles without damage.
• Ensure correct merchandise is provided to customers.
• Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Work cooperatively with other associates to meet department goals.
