Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Senior Service and Combatant Command Support Officer to serve as the primary liaison between ETO, Military Service organizations, Combatant Commands, and enterprise stakeholders in Reston, VA.

The role ensures executor capabilities and operational status are accurately represented in UMM tools, supports data deconfliction, and enables timely information exchange for coordinated operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security Studies, or related field.
• Senior-level knowledge of Service CI/HUMINT organizations (e.g., INSCOM, NCIS, AFOSI) or equivalents.
• Deep understanding of CCMD intelligence operations, coordination processes, and executor capabilities.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations, mission partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting collection operations, source coordination, deconfliction, and data validation.
• Strong liaison, briefing, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate representation of enterprise executors, capabilities, operational requirements, priorities, and status in UMM tools and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Service and CCMD representatives to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain information currency.
• Manage data input and output processes, including real-time updates reflecting mission and operational changes.
• Support source and collection deconfliction to reduce duplication and optimize operational activities.
• Facilitate information exchange among ETO, Services, CCMDs, internal mission partners, and external stakeholders.
• Represent data-management and operational interests in governance forums, working groups, and enterprise-planning activities.
• Gather operational requirements and user feedback for UMM tool enhancements and capability development.
• Develop dashboards, briefings, visual products, analytical reports, and strategic-communication materials.
• Compile operational data for quarterly EEI reporting and other directed reporting requirements.
• Advise leadership on executor capabilities, data strategy, operational gaps, training needs, and tool improvements.

• Proven experience coordinating across multiple organizations, mission partners, and stakeholder communities.
• Experience supporting collection operations, source coordination, operational deconfliction, data validation, or related mission activities.
• Strong liaison, briefing, interpersonal, analytical, and written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DIA, Defense HUMINT, ETO, UMM, or comparable enterprise mission-management activities.
• Familiarity with HUMINT/CI records, operational databases, dashboards, and data-governance forums.

Clearance and Work Requirements

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly and ability to work on-site at the DIA Government SCIF in Reston, Virginia during COR-established working hours.
• Ability to comply with applicable DIA, DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, records-management, classification, and information-handling requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a non-personal services environment in which contractor personnel remain accountable to contractor management.
