Job summary

ABB invites aspiring professionals for an Internship in Order Management. You will support order entry and management processes using SAP-OCR Esker-SFDC, handling modifications and cancellations, and learning cross-system reconciliation with ES SAP and ITRDC SAP.

Qualifications

• Education: Vocational training in administrative matters.
• Languages: Spanish (very high) – English (intermediate/high desirable).
• Knowledge: MS Office tools; familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Order Management: Order Entry – Order management via SAP-OCR Esker-SFDC.
• Understand and support order entry and order management tasks, incl. sales order entry and management.
• Manage modifications and cancellations of customer orders.
• Learn about Order Portfolio Control by reconciling data between systems (ES SAP/ITRDC SAP).
• Participate in process improvement activities using ABB AI tools.
