We're seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding and Implementation Lead, responsible for defining and executing our customer success strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build a key function within a dynamic, growing company and make a lasting impact on our commercial expansion. As the architect of our implementation process, you'll shape how we onboard and support customers, turning technical integration into a seamless experience that drives early adoption of our imaging solution.
At Elucid, we believe the best work happens in a flexible hybrid environment. Boston-area employees are encouraged to work from the office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with the option to come in additional days if they prefer. Fully remote employees outside the Boston area come in as needed.
