Job summary

KnitWell Group, the operator behind Lane Bryant, is seeking a part-time Lane Bryant Associate in Appleton, WI. You will create a hospitable store environment, engage with customers, and deliver on brand experience through fashion knowledge.

The role requires strong sales experience, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and comfort using mobile devices to assist customers. Expect tasks across sales and basic store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds in all directions and up to 50 pounds occasionally; climb ladders up to 12 feet for overhead tasks.
