Lane Bryant is seeking a Store Associate in Ashwaubenon, WI to create a hospitable store environment and engage customers in product knowledge and fashion trends. You will contribute to achieving company goals by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires strong sales or hospitality experience, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with using mobile tech like registers and iPads to assist customers.

Competenze

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident utilizing mobile technology (e.g. Registers and iPad) to engage with customers.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb or reach for merchandise as needed.
