SKIMS in the United States is seeking a Part Time Team Member. You’ll deliver a premium store experience, greet customers, and share product knowledge to help styling decisions while embodying the brand’s mission and values.

This role emphasizes flexible weekend shifts, strong customer service, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll stay energetic during high-traffic periods, support store operations, and contribute to team success through learning agility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Availability for weekdays and weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• At least 14 hours of open availability across Saturday and Sunday.
• At least one closing shift across Saturday or Sunday.
• Able to stand and stay active throughout the shift, lift up to 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication, customer service mindset, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create inclusive, elevated experiences reflecting our values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support customers and build trust.
• Maintain a premium brand feel with professional tone and selling behaviors.
• Keep the floor organized and stocked during peak hours while prioritizing customer experience.
• Collaborate with team, adapt to changes, and stay open to feedback and coaching.
• Contribute to driving store results by meeting goals and using training resources.
