The Tractor Supply Company Team Member role supports selling initiatives and delivers a Legendary Customer Experience at our stores. You will engage with customers, assist with product selection, handle cash transactions, and keep the store tidy and safe including poultry areas when applicable.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Flexible, reliable and service-oriented.
• Willing to work varied hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs and wants.
• Recommend product solutions and add value.
• Operate cash register following procedures.
• Maintain merchandise and complete plan-of-gram procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary experience.
• Perform janitorial duties and support safety practices.
