Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Team Member to serve customers, stock and merchandise displays, and operate the cash register. You will maintain a clean, safe store environment and support store operations to maximize profitability and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting customers at checkout, and following merchandising guidelines to keep displays eye-catching and organized. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering strong customer service is essential.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of basic merchandising and planogram guidelines.
• Willingness to maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to exceed expectations.
• Stock and merchandise displays; rotate products to attract shoppers.
• Operate cash register(s) and assist customers at checkout.
• Keep the store clean, organized and safe for customers.
• Assist in sidewalk displays and in-store promotions.
• Follow store policies and SOPs as outlined in manuals.
