The Customer Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer advocacy and expansion. This role will work cross-functionally with the Revenue, Customer Success, and Product teams to develop customer marketing campaigns, experiences, and collateral to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive growth.

This is a remote/virtual position. Local team members will have access to our office. Remote team members may be expected to travel to Indianapolis approximately 2-4x per year, based on business needs. Overnight travel nationwide for conferences, trade shows, business events, or customer on-site visits may be required throughout the year. You must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
