As we expand our global presence, our Marketing department is seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated Customer Marketing Manager to support our rapid growth in markets around the world. This is a brand new role within the Marketing organization and will be a remote position, based in the US. This person will develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. The ideal candidate has deep experience in customer marketing, preferably with previous experience in cybersecurity.

In this role, you will:

  • Support Customer Adoption & Retention: Work closely with account teams consisting of Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services to maximize adoption rates inside our customer base by supporting successful implementation and usage of our platform. Work with our technical SMEs to develop and deliver content that encourages platform usage. Support in person and virtual experiences that showcase existing, new, and improved platform capabilities that maximize customer ROI.
  • Drive Revenue Growth with Expansion Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of cross-sell and up-sell campaigns to thousands of existing global customers.
  • Become Our Customer Advocacy Champion: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical champions in our customer base to nurture a real love of our brand. Oversee our Customer Advisory Board to cultivate engagement at the executive level. Work closely with the account team to create customer success stories and lobby for 5-star reviews.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 5+ years of Customer Marketing experience with a proven track record of supporting and executing customer marketing campaigns and advocacy initiatives
  • A strong aptitude for collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services and Marketing to ensure aligned goals and messaging
  • Strong writing and communication skills to deliver engaging customer communications and create meaningful success stories
  • Experience in cybersecurity and a solid understanding of B2B marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent business discipline

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $89,500K to $126,700K. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Applications outside the range are welcome to apply.

Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
