Summary:

This job description outlines the role of a Marketing Program Manager with a focus on Customer Marketing.

Customer Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns and initiatives.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a client retention program to secure revenue and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client communication flows regarding company news and product updates.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns supporting upsell initiatives.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, promotional incentives, and thought leadership.
  • Develop case studies and secure client speakers to showcase client success stories.
  • Design multi-faceted account-based marketing strategies for enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with digital marketers, product marketing, sales, and delivery teams to meet objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs and progress toward goals.
  • Support corporate initiatives and analyze customer data for opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, sales, business administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • 2+ years in a B2B environment.
  • SaaS experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot preferred), and MS Office.
  • Proven success in managing budgets, campaigns, and growth strategies.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Ability to motivate others and manage multiple projects independently.
Additional Information:

We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and are an equal opportunity employer. Compensation ranges from $71,400 to $120,750, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and bonuses.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexibility for early mornings or evenings for meetings, and up to 10% travel. Ergonomic workspace, proper lighting, and internet connectivity are required.
