You’ll work within Pigment's Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Community & Customer Marketing, and partner with Customer Community initiatives to deepen relationships beyond transactions.

The Customer Marketing Manager is a storyteller and relationship-builder, at the heart of Pigment's Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Community & Customer Marketing. You will turn real customer outcomes into the case studies, speakers, and proof points that celebrate what our customers have achieved with Pigment, working closely with our Customer Community efforts to bring those relationships to life — built on genuine partnership and mutual trust, never on transactional asks.
