Base pay range
$40.00/hr - $42.00/hr
Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a Customer Marketing Content Coordinator to support their team for 1 year and 6 months, 40 hours/week, fully remote!
The Ideal Customer Marketing Content Coordinator Should Have
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in content coordination, creative operations, and scheduling, including production cycles or maintaining a content calendar
- Minimum 3+ years of experience on a customer-facing team or familiarity with customer marketing, content operations
- Knowledge of the B2B SaaS space and how sales enablement materials are used (for example, case studies, pitch decks, sales cycles, and content distribution)
- Experience with project management/collaboration software, such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience with content management systems (Contentful, Webflow), contract platforms (Ironclad, Docusign), customer reference or testimonial tools (Deeto, G2, Vouch, Vocal Video, Peer Insights)
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, seeking and providing clarity where needed to stay on top of requirements and approvals
Responsibilities
- Support CM content team in weekly pipeline planning, documenting and moving story opportunities forward, and communicating pipeline to stakeholders
- Oversees submission, scheduling, and approvals for customer assets by coordinating with our Creative team, providing requirements, seeking necessary approvals, and QA of final assets for smooth asset delivery
- Pre-publication prep: Prepping finalized customer drafts for publishing, maintaining accurate documentation of metadata that will accompany each written case study or customer asset
- Owns publication of customer content across Content Management Systems (Contentful), inputting customer content into a custom schema, moving stories through QA, approval, and publish
- Support Customer Marketing content team in maintaining updated quality of customer assets, including regular auditing of content, updates, maintenance, and retirement of offerings aligned with GTM priorities, products, and sales plays, working in partnership with Content Manager and Content Strategists.
