Avis Budget Group International is hiring at our airport locations in Eugene, OR. In this outdoor role, you will assist loyalty program customers, process rentals, and offer services to enhance their experience while delivering friendly, professional service.

You will use strong communication to anticipate needs and ensure a seamless, personalized experience for each loyalty customer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Engaging, professional personality with strong verbal communication.
• A customer-first mindset and enjoyment of working with people.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months retail/hospitality/customer service is a bonus.

In this role, you’ll work in an active, outdoor environment and have the opportunity to earn incentives while helping frequent customers get on their way quickly, smoothly, and with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist our frequent and premiere customers at our airport operations. You will process rentals for customers enrolled in our loyalty programs, offer products and services designed to enhance their experience, and provide attentive, professional service that builds trust and long-term customer loyalty.

You’ll use strong communication and customer service skills to anticipate needs, answer questions, and help ensure each loyalty customer receives a seamless and personalized experience.
