Ryder System, Inc. in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Customer Logistics Supervisor for the Dedicated Transportation team on the Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm shift. Onsite role, leading daily logistics operations and coaching a team to meet customer expectations.

You will plan schedules with the Logistics Manager, monitor KPI, ensure safety, and drive continuous improvement. Successful candidate will have HS diploma, 0–1 year supervisory experience, and 1+ year in transportation or distribution.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• 1 year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment.
