Position Overview:The Customer Lifecycle Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Expansion Marketing Program Manager to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in creating programs uncovering opportunities for existing customers to add additional products and services. Through understanding how each customer persona leverages their solutions, the Expansion Marketing Program Manager will identify usage behaviors that indicate likely cross sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, customer centricity, and data-driven

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development:Design and implement comprehensive cross-sell and up-sell marketing programs that align with UKG’s business objectives and customer needs.
  • Customer Insights:Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, leveraging insights to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management:Partner with Field/Demand team to develop and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) to promote additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Performance Tracking:Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Content Creation:Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of additional products and services.
  • Customer Engagement:Foster strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that enhance their experience with UKG.
  • Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and improve marketing programs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years proven experience in marketing program management, with a focus on customer retention and churn reduction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

The pay range for this position is $78,800.00 to $113,300.00 USD, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
