Challenge Manufacturing is seeking a Customer Liaison to strengthen relationships with automotive customers and relay needs to our Spartanburg plant. This on-site, first shift role interfaces with customer personnel, supports issue resolution, and promotes teamwork across functions.

The candidate will visit customer sites, maintain clear communications, and help ensure timely countermeasures while upholding Challenge’s safety and ownership values.

Formación

• Associate degree from a 2- or 4-year college.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with customers and communicate needs to Challenge Manufacturing plants.
• Visit customer plants and demonstrate customer care to promote teamwork and cooperation.
• Maintain communication flows to surface build issues and coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams.
