My Money Matters builds an app that improves employees' finances automatically each pay day. The company is trusted by major organisations including the NHS and is growing fast.

We are seeking a Launch-focused leader to own and drive end-to-end product launches, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, and lead a team of Customer Launch Managers to deliver timely results and high-velocity sign-ups.

Formación

• Experience leading launches end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Hold the portfolio view of every launch in flight, tracking progress against the 30-day target.
• Act as the escalation point for launches at risk, stepping in to unblock or reassign as needed.
• Own the handover from Sales at contract signature for the most complex accounts.
• Line-manage Customer Launch Managers, setting clear objectives tied to time-to-launch and sign-up targets.
• Run regular 1:1s, coaching conversations, and performance reviews.
• Build a team culture of pace and ownership.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Represent the Launch team with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering leadership.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on set-up friction and with Marketing on sign-up campaign materials.
• Report to the Head of Account Management on launch pipeline, performance, and risk.
