Job summary

Rockland Trust offers a Summer Intern position in the Customer Information Center (Call Center) across Brockton, Franklin, Lowell, or Plymouth, MA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with in-office work arrangements.

You will assist customers with questions about banking products, services, and online banking while developing communication and problem-solving skills. You’ll collaborate with teams and participate in a summer-long intern project to present to leadership.
