Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Coordinator – Customer Incentives to support the Gift Card and Pizza Concierge Teams. You will manage the Gift Card Mailbox, assist B2B customers, process orders and payments, and help develop marketing support to drive Pizza Concierge sales.

The role includes back-up coverage during key sales periods and some weekend/holiday work. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required, with strong Excel skills and customer service experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong Excel skills and data manipulation ability; familiarity with social media advertising is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service and building & maintaining relationships; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Manage Gift Card Mailbox, support B2B customers and process orders.
Lead development and execution of 1st party promotions for in-store and dom.com.
Review branding in merchant ads and signage for proper use and disclaimers.
Process internal gift card orders and assist with DOMGC invoicing.
