Job summary

McLeod Software is seeking a Customer Implementation Success Consultant to guide customers through go-live and into long-term success. You will work with customers and internal teams to drive adoption, reduce risk, and deliver proactive support.

Based in Birmingham, AL, you will lead training, coordinate with implementation partners, and ensure projects stay on track while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
• Experience delivering implementation/integration projects.
• Experience providing training or teaching in formal or informal settings.
• Experience with McLeod Software products in a support/training capacity.
• Knowledge of transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer advocate during software implementation and provide support and issue resolution.
• Partner with customers to drive software adoption, provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with internal implementation teams to share insights, identify gaps, and keep projects on track.
• Participate in customer meetings, provide updates, recommendations, and progress reports to key stakeholders.

Description

Customer Implementation Success Consultantwill play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful go-live with McLeod Software before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.
