Healthie is seeking a hands-on Customer Implementation Manager (CIM) to join our Enterprise team and manage relationships with our largest enterprise customers in the digital healthcare space. This customer-facing role is critical to driving adoption, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
As the primary point of contact during implementation, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their business goals and maximize the value of Healthie’s platform. Day-to-day, you’ll oversee account health, support customers in meeting target go-live dates, provide tailored product guidance, conduct/oversee a transition plan, and proactively address risks to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. You’ll also work cross-functionally with teams like Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Support to address challenges, deliver solutions, and continuously enhance the customer journey.
