An established industry player is seeking a Compliance Project Manager to lead complex projects within its Compliance Division. This role involves executing high-priority initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance through effective project management. Our division prevents, detects and mitigates compliance, regulatory and reputational risk across the firm and helps to strengthen the firm's culture of compliance. Compliance accomplishes these through the firm's enterprise-wide compliance risk management program. As an independent control function and part of the firm's second line of defense, Compliance assesses the firm's compliance, regulatory and reputational risk; monitors for compliance with new or amended laws, rules and regulations; designs and implements controls, policies, procedures and training; conducts independent testing; investigates, surveils and monitors for compliance risks and breaches; and leads the firm's responses to regulatory examinations, audits and inquiries. You'll be part of a team with members from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds, such as law, accounting, sales, and trading. Role Overview
Execute high priority and complex projects for the firm by using best-in-class project management skills and strong working knowledge of financial services and operational processes. The role creates an opportunity to deliver key cross functional projects for the firm, engaging at all stages of the project life-cycle.
The role is located in New York as part of the Compliance Division within the Implementation and Execution Office. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for executing strategic projects to advance the firm's priorities and deliver impactful revenue, risk and control, regulatory and efficiency opportunities. Using effective program delivery methods, functional and technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills, this team provides senior management with execution capabilities to deliver their most complex projects.
This role will initially focus on a key regulatory program where you will lead workstreams and contribute to the delivery of a multi-year strategic initiative. By performing the role, the candidate will acquire detailed knowledge of multiple areas within the firm.
Should have related Project Management experience in Regulatory Remediation, Policies and Procedures. This is a non-IT/technical, traditional PM role.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
