XY.AI Labs is seeking a Customer Implementation Engineer to bridge our AI platform with healthcare operations. You will lead discovery sessions, map workflows, and implement lightweight integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering to turn designs into automated templates.

You’ll own the delivery timeline, manage stakeholder alignment, and quantify ROI from time savings and throughput gains. This remote role offers a path to meaningful equity within a fast-growing startup.

Qualificações

• Background in healthcare IT, healthtech, or complex enterprise SaaS is a major plus.

Responsabilidades

• Workflow Discovery & Design: map existing processes, uncover inefficiencies, identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mining and workflow analysis to understand data, tasks, and people connections.
• Design future-state workflows powered by XY's AI platform with requirements, decision logic, and success metrics.
• Technical Configuration & Light Engineering: configure agentic workflows, triggers, pipelines, and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, payload mismatches, or environment setups; collaborate with engineers on deeper builds.
• Document integrations and configurations for long-term maintainability.
• Implementation Project Management: own the delivery timeline from kickoff through pilot success.
• Lead status calls, track deliverables, and align stakeholders around outcomes.
• Quantify ROI and value (time saved, accuracy improvements, throughput gains).
• Customer Success & Feedback: act as trusted technical advisor through onboarding and rollout.
• Capture customer feedback and translate it into platform improvements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn successful custom workflows into reusable templates and scalable features.

We're seeking a Customer Implementation Engineer to bridge the gap between our AI platform and real-world healthcare operations. This role blends technical implementation, process design, and customer consulting - you'll be part Consultant, part Product Manager, part Project Manager, translating customer workflows into intelligent automation solutions.

You'll lead discovery and design sessions with healthcare customers, map and optimize workflows, and implement lightweight integrations (APIs, scripts, and data mappings). You won't be building full-stack systems - instead, you'll collaborate with XY's Product and Engineering teams to bring your workflow designs to life and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

Workflow Discovery & Design

• Partner directly with healthcare providers, payers, and administrators to map existing processes, uncover inefficiencies, and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process mining and workflow analysis to understand how tasks, data, and people connect.
• Design future-state workflows powered by XY's AI platform - defining requirements, decision logic, and success metrics.

Technical Configuration & Light Engineering

• Configure agentic workflows: triggers, pipelines, configuration parameters, and guardrails.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, payload mismatches, or environment setups; collaborate with engineers for deeper technical builds.
• Document integrations and configurations clearly to ensure seamless handoffs and long-term maintainability.

Implementation Project Management

• Own the delivery timeline from kickoff through pilot success.
• Lead status calls, track deliverables, and align stakeholders around outcomes.
• Quantify ROI and value (e.g., time saved, accuracy improvements, throughput gains).

What We're Looking For

Core Skills

• Consulting & Workflow Design: Experience mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing automation-friendly solutions.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to translate real-world operations into structured, automatable logic.
• Project Management: Experienced in leading technical implementations end-to-end - scope, plan, execute, and measure.

Domain & Background

• Experience in customer-facing implementation or solutions roles (consulting, CS engineering, or integration delivery).
• Familiar with APIs, integrations, and process mapping/mining.
• Background in healthcare IT, healthtech, or complex enterprise SaaS is a major plus.

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to AI-driven automation or agentic systems (LLMs, RPA, workflow builders)
• Understanding of ETL/data integration pipelines, data modeling, or observability tools
• Familiarity with EHR systems, claims processing, or healthcare data flows
• Knowledge of health data standards (HL7, FHIR, X12)
• You love solving workflow problems with customers, not just for them.
• You're equally comfortable mapping a process in Miro and debugging an API payload in Postman.
• You enjoy writing scripts that connect systems but prefer improving workflows over building full apps.
• You thrive in ambiguity, communicate clearly, and bring order to complex projects.
• You care deeply about making healthcare operations more human and efficient.
