Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site customer service role at our airport location in Kahului, Hawaii. This outdoor position does not require experience; you will greet customers, manage lines, and guide travelers with a friendly, service-focused attitude.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work outdoors and across shifts. Shift premium may apply, and comprehensive benefits plus on-the-job training are provided.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist our customers at our airport locations. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see, helping set the tone for a positive travel experience. This includes managing customer lines, directing customers to the right location at the operation and answering any questions with professionalism, patience, and a service-focused mindset to improve the customer’s travel experience and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License

• Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced, people focused environment is a bonus- but not required!
