Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor customer service role at our airport location. You will be one of the first friendly faces customers see, helping set a positive travel tone by directing lines, answering questions, and guiding customers to the right area.

No experience required, training provided, and shift flexibility is available. This on-site position requires standing and moving around the rental lot and is ideal for active individuals who enjoy helping others and working in a

Qualifications

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist our customers at our airport locations. You’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see, helping set the tone for a positive travel experience. This includes managing customer lines, directing customers to the right location at the operation and answering any questions with professionalism, patience, and a service-focused mindset to improve the customer’s travel experience and provide excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• A genuine enjoyment of working with customers and helping others.
• Willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot for continuous periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced, people focused environment is a bonus- but not required!
