Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring at our airport locations in Kahului, Hawaii. In this outdoor role, you’ll inventory vehicles across rental lots, enter vehicle status on a handheld device, ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customers to rent, and assist customers with questions while delivering friendly service.

The position requires a valid driver's license, basic data entry, and willingness to work all shifts. You should be comfortable standing and moving for long periods.

In this role, you’ll play an important part behind the scenes—helping ensure vehicles are ready, available, and in the right place for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will inventory vehicles across our airport rental lots and enter vehicle status and other information into a mobile handheld device. You’ll help ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customers to rent, coordinate vehicle movement as needed, and assist customers when questions arise—all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Enjoyment of working outdoors and staying active
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods, enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods, and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
