Komatsu Prescott is seeking a Customer Fulfillment Specialist to support the parts counter, respond to customer and technician requests, and assist with shipping, receiving, and stock put-away.

This onsite role focuses on mining equipment parts, requires ERP familiarity, Excel/Outlook skills, and forklift experience; after several months, you may be on call after hours and weekends. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30 am–4 pm, with potential overtime.

Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused, dependable professional to support our Prescott location. This position plays an important role in keeping customers and service technicians moving by helping identify and source the right parts, responding to incoming requests, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. While working at hte parts counter, you'll handle incoming calls from customers and technicians, do parts look up, shipping, receiving, and put stock away.

The role primarily supports mining equipment parts. Occasional travel may be needed to assist with consignment inventory.

The hours for this onsite position are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 4pm.

After several months this position will also be on call daily, so the position requires a flexible schedule after hours and weekends (overtime may be available).

Key Job Responsibilities

• Fulfill Customer Service requirements
• Cultivate positive relationships with customer contacts
• Monitor and reconcile AR problems/delays
• Support the On Call process for urgent after-hours customer requirements
• Support internal customers (Shop/Field) with Parts requirements

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in a customer facing role
• SAP, CDK, Ariba or other ERP experience
• Microsoft Office experience with emphasis on Excel and Outlook
• Ability to shift priorities quickly and efficiently when requirements change
• Forklift/warehouse experience
