Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Basic math skills for site reporting.
• Ability to work required shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and provide clear, polite guidance on where to dispose of household waste, bulk items, and recyclable materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility by sweeping, clearing debris, and picking up litter or spillage as needed.
• Safely operate and monitor facility equipment (such as trash compactors) according to company safety procedures. Monitor container fill levels throughout the day.
• Assist collection drivers with positioning, securing, or clearing area around waste containers during pickups.
• Open and close the facility punctually according to the scheduled operating hours.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local safety standards, regulations, and company guidelines.
