Job summary

Costco is seeking team-oriented staff in a front-end role to warmly greet members, assist with loading orders, and manage packing preferences. You will help set up and close the department, handle stock transfers, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the front-end area.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and assists cashier with counting items left in cart.
• Determines packing preferences and explains special promotions.
• Assists with loading orders onto conveyor belt.
• Provides information on promotions and answers member questions.
• Keeps front-end area clean and assists with department setup.
• Operates or assists with checkout and self-checkout processes.
• Transfers pallets and stocks shelves as needed.
• Ensures proper safety, signage, and cleanup.
• Performs closing duties and validates product placement.
• Ability to operate required vehicles or machinery.
