Job summary

Costco is seeking a front-end/warehouse associate to greet members, assist with loading orders, and ensure smooth checkout experiences. You will help with stocking, setting up displays, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while following safety and security procedures.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and attention to detail, with opportunities to assist in self-checkouts and preserve efficient operations across the department.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Greet members and help load orders, explain promotions and assist cashier as needed.
• Pack orders into boxes and prepare for loading and transport.
• Assist customers with self-checkouts and monitor registers for errors.
• Keep front-end areas clean and organized, including the checkout and sales floor.
• Handle setup and closing duties for the department and stock areas.
• Move pallets from receiving to storage or sales floor as required.
• Ensure proper signage and label products with item numbers.
