Responsibilities

• Drive a van with passengers on a set route.
• Greet clients and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Record mileage and passenger counts.
• Track and arrange for vehicle maintenance and update logs.
• Keep van and drop-off lobby areas clean and safe.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols (e.g., masks as needed).
• Update transportation appointments in the electronic health record.
• Use GPS to ensure efficient routing.
• Use email and cell phone to stay in contact with supervisor and team.
