INTERNATIONAL BANK OF COMMERCE is seeking a Universal Teller I for our San Antonio, TX location. This in-office role focuses on processing teller transactions, delivering the IBC Experience, and balancing cash drawers while building customer relationships.

The position requires high school level education and 0–6 months cash handling experience; bilingual skills are a plus. Benefits include comprehensive plans and a supportive, community-focused work environment.

Responsabilités

• Process teller transactions paying and receiving.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and uphold IBC standards.
• Balance cash drawer and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Meet sales performance goals and participate in referrals.
• Handle foreign currency transactions and assist branch operations.
• Assist in training and support for other staff as needed.
• Adhere to branch opening/closing procedures.
