Job summary

CCFBank in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Teller to help customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan/credit card payments. You’ll respond to questions, explain products, and support branch goals in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

This full-time role is 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. Competitive pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour plus eligible annual bonus and a broad benefits package designed to support your health, finances, and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Cash handling or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Perform accurate and timely processing of customer transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and actively listen to and address customer questions or concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce them to new products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain and assure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations; adhere to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
