Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Continuing education to maintain job knowledge.
• 1–3 years banking experience preferred.
• 1–3 years administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through a teller platform, verify incoming cash, disperse cash, and handle deposits and payments.
• Assist with end of day processing and check imaging accuracy.
• Provide account information, answer inquiries, and complete telephone transfers in compliance with policies.
• Open all types of new deposit accounts and help customers access and manage their products.
• Promote bank products and services to generate customer action and identify potential customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
• Read, interpret, and apply policies and operating manuals.
• Maintain knowledge of and understand the financial needs of customers and products available through the bank.
