Ayvaz Pizza is hiring Team Members to support daily restaurant operations and deliver a friendly, fast service experience. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, assemble orders, and keep the venue clean and inviting.

We seek self-motivated team players who thrive in a busy environment and value reliable attendance. Openings are on-site at our Fort Walton Beach location, with opportunities for growth and perks based on eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 for opening/closing shifts.
• Must have all required state/federal documents.
• Flexible work availability.
• Results oriented and customer focused.
• Previous customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses issues.
• Operates cash register or POS and suggests add-ons to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations and maintains punctual attendance.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards.
