Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Team Member to join our local restaurant team. You will be the face of Firehouse Subs, delivering an exceptional customer and store experience while greeting customers and processing orders at the register.

Part-time and full-time positions are available. Must be at least 16, have basic computer and register skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment including cold storage areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years old.
• Basic computer skills and register operation experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift.
• Ability to work in freezer/cooler environments (40°F to -10°F).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions according to policies.
• Support teamwork to deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Keep the store clean and organized; handle small wares and merchandise.
• Assist with food preparation machinery as needed while following safety guidelines.
