Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to coordinate customer orders, inventory liability, and related supply chain initiatives, aligning Sales, Operations, Logistics, Procurement and Finance to meet commitments.

You will serve as the primary liaison for assigned customers, translate needs into internal actions, drive cross‑functional execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement with occasional travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, operations, or customer management within manufacturing or distribution.
• Experience working directly with customers on order management or supply chain initiatives.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience supporting packaging or manufacturing supply chains.
• Travel 10–20% to sites and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from first run through repeat executions with internal teams.
• Drive clarity on roles, timing, and dependencies and surface issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and Planning for aligned execution.
• Provide clear status updates, risks, and next steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support analysis related to logistics, capacity, lead times, and service impacts.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and lessons learned.
