Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a dedicated Store Maintenance/Janitorial associate in Boise, Idaho. You will keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming, ensuring floors, restrooms, and common areas meet high standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing routine cleaning, and operating cleaning equipment. Must be 16+ years old and capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. Food handler certification may be required by state law.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows verbal and written instructions.
• Able to perform moderate lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiar with safety and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and keep floors clean; manage spill response.
• Empty trash and maintain backroom and stock areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and move carts as needed.
