Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Store Cleaning/Facilities Associate to maintain a safe and clean store environment. You will provide friendly customer service, clean floors, sanitize restrooms, and assist with general store upkeep. Shifts run 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 6–8 hour blocks, including nights and weekends.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and adherence to safety guidelines. Training and opportunities to grow within a large employee-owned company are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Perform moderate lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Crawl, bend, stoop, climb, balance, reach, walk, push, pull, maneuver in tight quarters, climb ladders/scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and serves customers with a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Keeps store clean and safe for customers and employees.
• Sweeps, mops, and maintains clean floors; cleans restrooms and fixtures.
• Operates and maintains basic cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Assists with stocking and maintaining shopping carts as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
