West Coast Convenience, the parent company of Loop Neighborhood Market, is expanding its team across California locations. We offer both full-time and part-time roles on all shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality, friendly service and a positive customer experience.

Team Members help run stations smoothly, manage cash, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while supporting the company’s core values of People, Teamwork, and Safety.

Formación

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations in a timely manner.
• Ability to read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol sales when required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders as needed.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per company guidelines.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, station).

Responsabilidades

• Managing the cash register during the shift and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Stocking products and keeping the store clean and professional.
• Providing fast, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, customer-friendly store environment and surrounding property.
• Troubleshooting and resolving car wash issues as needed.
• Preparing shift reports per company guidelines.
• Cross-selling and upselling products to boost store sales.
• Escalating high-priority issues to the manager.
• Carrying out additional duties as assigned.
