Job summary

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for our customers while their vehicles are serviced. You will help create a positive customer experience with a friendly, professional demeanor and by keeping a welcoming atmosphere at all times.

You will follow routes, use GPS, and maintain the shuttle’s cleanliness and appearance, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs while complying with safety policies and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in shuttle or passenger transport preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and passenger safety focus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and reliable schedule.
• Ability to follow routes, use GPS, and maintain timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.
• Provide a friendly, professional, welcoming experience for every passenger.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Operate GPS/navigation to plan efficient routes and reach destinations safely.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness and overall appearance.
• Monitor fuel and report maintenance needs.
