Job summary

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for customers while their vehicles are serviced. You will create a welcoming experience and maintain a professional appearance.

The role emphasizes on-time pickups, navigation skills, and adherence to safety policies. A valid license and clean driving record are required; previous shuttle or customer transport experience is a plus. Benefits include health insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in shuttle, delivery, or passenger transportation is preferred.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on passenger safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for every passenger.
• Follow routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Use GPS/navigation tools to plan efficient routes and reach destinations safely.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
• Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance or vehicle concerns.
• Keep track of fuel expenses and communicate them to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
