Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the store, exterior areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report incidents or maintenance concerns to site leadership.
• Complete activity reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership.
