Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Sales Teammate in a part-time role in-store. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help locate or suggest merchandise to meet guest needs.

You will also demonstrate product knowledge, participate in sales presentations, and maintain a high-energy, customer-centric environment. Responsibilities include processing checkout, keeping the store clean and organized, and supporting store management with merchandising and loss-prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales goals and provide legendary service across the store areas (front, floor, fitting rooms, register).
• Handle checkout, bag purchases, and provide alterations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
