Job summary

You’ll be knowledgeable about store merchandise, assist with merchandising, and support cycle counts and store upkeep. A positive attitude, reliability, basic math, and comfortable use of a cash register are expected to keep the in-store experience

Qualifications

• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
• Customer satisfaction oriented with dependable attendance and drawer management.
• Ability to work with a schedule that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on entry/exit.
• Ring on registers and manage cash accurately.
• Maintain orderly cash wrap.
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or debits.
• Explain the MStyle Loyalty Program and sign-ups.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change.
• Count money in cash drawers at shift start.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms.
• Ask for manager if issues aren’t solved.
• Clean shelves, counters, tables, racks, fixtures, restrooms, stockrooms, and break room.
