Qualifications

• Basic PC knowledge and comfort with electronic equipment such as scanners and cash registers.
• Ability to handle cash, cards, vouchers, or debits with accuracy.
• Customer-focused approach and a positive attitude to improve the store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
• Ring on registers and maintain cash and media at the registers.
• Maintain orderly appearance of cash wrap.
• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Communicate the MStyle Loyalty Program to customers and sign them up.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at start of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and general housekeeping when requested by management.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise.
• Participate in preparation for cycle counts.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms as needed.
• Answer customer questions and involve a manager if needed.
• Clean shelves, counters, tables, racks, fixtures, and store areas.
