Crosby’s Stores in New York, NY seeks a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences while keeping the store clean, safe, and inviting, and to support sales and profitability goals. You’ll be friendly, reliable, and focused on helping customers.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, restocking, promoting My Crosby’s Rewards, and working with the team to uphold company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Previous experience, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Ability to understand operating instructions for lottery, point of sale systems, and other equipment.
• Tolerance of exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Suggest additional items at checkout to enhance customer experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
