This role emphasizes teamwork, honesty, and customer focus in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers at checkout, help with fresh food items, and promote My Crosby’s Rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Preferred age of 18 years or older.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions, shift reports and vendor check-ins.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made‑to‑order items following company recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist customers with enrollment and offers.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Follow all cash handling and store security procedures.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment inside and out.
